Carrington Street
The half-acre site, formally Mayfair’s oldest car park, on Carrington Street, near Hyde Park Corner, will be transformed into a new development with up to 30 apartments, a gym, art gallery, retail and restaurant space.
McGee was appointed by, client, European land initially for demolition of the existing NCP building but is now integrating further services such as piling for the delivery of a new 3-storey basement.
