We support level 2/3 apprenticeships over 18-24 months, as well as degree level higher apprenticeships up to 5 years in duration – this is dependent on vacancies available at the time of your application.

 

You will receive on-the-job training, guidance, and experience, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

 

There are no formal entry requirements for level 2 or 3, although GCSE’s in Maths and English are beneficial. Entry requirements for higher apprenticeships vary.

We are a London based multi-disciplined specialist contractor.  We are currently looking to recruit Site Administrators/Document Controllers for various locations throughout London.

Annual Salary up to £25,000 Salary + benefits, depending on experience.

 

Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing daily administrative duties
  • Managing all correspondence, documentation and paperwork in paper and electronic format
  • Scanning all documentation onto the in-house system and Excel spread sheets as required
  • Assisting with site inductions
  • Dealing with the team from Project Manager to Labourer as well as Head Office, Sub-contractors and Main Contractors
  • General office duties including liaising with visitors on site, monitoring the site telephone, document scanning and filing, sending reports to client and sub-contractors, inputting site instructions on site and archiving files
