Bernard has been with McGee since 2012, working in engineering operations and heading up our civils and structures team on several landmark projects before joining the Board in 2021. As Pre-Construction Director, his operational experience built value-led technical solutions into projects from their early days to successful delivery.
In March 2026, Bernard became McGee Managing Director, where his relationship-first approach helps to bring our clients best-for-project solutions to optimise and add true value to their projects.
