Assurance in McGee’s competence and capabilies is provided by ISO9001 accreditation and the McGee Quality Plan. All subcontractors are made aware of these standards and expectations. Carefully prepared pre-qualification procedures are used when selecting subcontractors. New employees are also made aware of the Quality Plan which forms part of their induction and continued training. Regular audits are carried out both internally and by external bodies to ensure standards are maintained.
