On 25 May 2017, McGee representatives, Paul Hickey, Group Finance Director, and Emma Attwood, Marketing & Communications Manager, were honoured to attend RoSPA’s Centenary Royal Garden Party, at Buckingham Palace in London to celebrate 100 years of accident prevention.
The Queen, RoSPA’s patron, held the Garden Party to celebrate the safety charity’s centenary.
This very special occasion, which welcomed 3,000 guests to the Palace in the 26oC sunshine, was hosted by His Royal Highness, The Duke of York, who was accompanied by Princess Eugenie to greet guests on behalf of the Queen.
McGee’s invitation to RoSPA’s Centenary Royal Garden Party recognises the hard work, commitment and dedication by all staff to continue moving forward in all areas of our Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities.
In April McGee announced it had achieved its fourth RoSPA Gold award in RoSPA’s 2017 Health and Safety Awards. More HERE.
