McGee offers a complete service from; pre-tender budgets to advanced value engineering and programming. This value engineering (VE) approach extends to; conversion of existing structural mediums to reinforced concrete and overall resolution of the correct medium of construction to ensure best value and programme delivery for the whole construction cycle of a new building. We also provide a full in-house service to our clients from demolition to superstructure construction.

Most residential, commercial and hotel projects are built on reinforced concrete (RC) frames, and McGee Group has a proven track record in achieving the most cost effective method of construction for our clients. The methods employed allow the structure to be erected with or without an external falsework/scaffold, and include table-form, climbing form work, as well as slip form and jump form techniques for core construction. The chosen solution will be based on the architectural requirements, which guide the floor layout of the structure, and the demands of facade installation.

McGee is also able to provide a full range of concrete finishes from basic, as struck, to power floated including a variety of architectural, worked and board finishes to suit client demands.

McGee’s have the advantage that all reinforced concrete works are carried out using in-house specialist staff. We use our own extensive range of plant, the latest falsework and formwork systems which are suitable for a wide range of construction solutions.
